What it does not cover

  • A place on a list, a ranking or a match. Celia does not match anyone with a case.
  • A share of any recovery or fee. Nothing depends on how a case ends.
  • A promise that you will be given a case

How the review works

  1. You apply with your organisation’s details.
  2. Staff check your registration, your standing with the regulator and your work email against public records.
  3. We call you back on a number from the public record, not the one you gave.
  4. A second person on our team approves the application.

We aim to decide within 5 working days. You can browse the case bank while you wait.
